Water

Our Water team promotes holistic, sustainable water resource management for governments, investors, developers, manufacturers, utilities, and corporations, helping with network maintenance and development, risk mitigation, regulatory compliance, cost reduction, and future-ready strategies.

Our recent projects include:

  • Logan Water Alliance in QLD, 
  • Bondi Wate Water Treatment Plant NSW
  • Bird in Hand Wastewater Treatment Plant Upgrade S

What will I do as a Graduate Water Engineer: 

  • Use a range of specialist skills to input into various water and wastewater conveyance projects
  • Apply hydraulic analysis tools in solving simple and complex hydraulic problems
  • Apply relevant standards and codes, including SEQ Code 
  • Attend to municipal water and wastewater design projects 
  • Undertake multicriteria analysis and cost-benefit analysis
  • Work towards Net Zero 
  • Assuming responsibility for the results of simple projects or sections of projects.
  • Support business development activities by developing a scope of work or pricing
  • Work within small and large teams to solve problems

About You

To be successful in this role you will need to be analytical, curious, and passionate about continuing your learning in the Water sector.

This role with suit someone who can think critically, ask questions, and take responsibility for finding solutions. You will also need to be comfortable engaging with clients and collaborators, partnering with them to understand their needs In addition, you will bring the following 

  • Problem solver with a powerful team spirit
  • Bachelor’s degree – Civil engineering or similar
  • Demonstrated interest in the Water sector.
  • Some experience in the industry (design or construction) will be highly regarded
  • Someone ready to do the kind of work the world needs
