Operating out of a large facility in Campbellfield, Zervi is made up of a young team of family and friends, and we have experienced unparalleled growth over the last few years. We are dedicated to setting up a world-class trim facility and need your experience and expertise to achieve this goal.

Your Role

As an Automotive Trimmer at Zervi, you will be responsible for installing bespoke leather interiors for various vehicles. Your tasks will include fitting and installing leather, vinyl, and fabric trim on both donor seats and customer vehicles. You will also work on updating and modifying patterns and kits to ensure a perfect fit. You will collaborate closely with our design and production teams to ensure each project meets our high standards of quality and precision, making modifications and improvements as needed.

Salary & Benefits

The starting salary ranges between $60,000 and $80,000, depending on skillset and experience. Proficiency in sewing and pattern making is highly favourable.

About You

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented individual with experience in automotive trimming or upholstery. The ideal candidate will have:

• Proficiency in using trimming tools and equipment
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Physical capability to install trim and lift vehicle seats
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• A positive attitude and a strong work ethic
• An eye for fitment and design
