Allens does hybrid working really well (I typically work three days in the office, two days at home), but it's good to get some face to face socialising in! I'm also lucky enough to have a great view from my office (which is a lot better than my WFH view!)
After my studies, I joined Ability Action Australia because I was excited by the flexibility, work culture and further training offered through the graduate program. I’m really keen to continue to grow my skills so I can make a difference in participants’ lives.
The best part about being a grad at Hydro Tas is the emphasis they place on welcoming and guiding all of their grads. Most of the leaders I know who have been in the business for over 30 years began as a graduate engineer or BA.
