There is no set formula for the ‘perfect' employee. Clyde & Co looks for people who offer something new rather than homogeny. To be successful at Clyde & Co, you don’t need to know everything, but be adaptable and willing to learn.
Go on exchange – you’ll never get this opportunity again in your life and you’ll develop valuable skills that you won’t develop in any other environment
As an analyst, my role predominately involves undertaking research, performing financial analysis, preparing presentations and building financial models.
I was given a lot of autonomy to select and apply appropriate materials, components and devices for the redesigned system, which would increase reliability and ultimately promote plant uptime.
I have been working on projects relating to Indigenous engagement, such as the National Reconciliation Week Market Day DISR hosted and using this experience towards making a NAIDOC week market event that will be even better than the last.
DISR values its amazing working environment and offers opportunities for everyone to be involved, learn and grow, and offers alternative streams for people of different backgrounds.
The best part of my job is how much responsibility I’m given as a graduate. We’re seen as future leaders of the business and are given really interesting projects to work on.
