As a graduate I have received a wonderful opportunity to work from the day I started. The program is flexible, and a range of training has been provided for graduates to support their professional and personal development.
The tasks I enjoy most are those that are both critical to the systems and may involve significant learning on the job, as they often can be best in broadening my experience.
During my studies, I worked in hospitality and at a university college and spent time volunteering at a youth cancer not-for-profit including as a board director.
I would definitely say that studying environmental science has given me an advantage in my career; the skills I learned through the degree have been invaluable.
