What I have enjoyed the most in the graduate program would have to be the flexibility in experiencing different areas of the business and getting to know all the talented people in each team.
I thoroughly enjoy working with the Sales & Marketing teams, producing quantitative data analysis that is used as supporting documentation in client meetings.
As a project manager, having experience in managing people provides opportunities to gain more responsibility and/or move into a different area of the solution delivery lifecycle.
Make sure your study goals align with those you associate with. I had a friend group that wanted to succeed in their studies which made it easier to do well.
Say yes to things you’re passionate about. You can worry about time spent doing “proper” work, but this is your chance to make a difference at your workplace so try to make it a better place.
