The DXC graduate program has allowed me to gain valuable experience in a supportive environment, where I’m never afraid to ask questions. Real responsibility from day one – the program provides a good mix of both on the job learning and formal training. No two days are ever the same!
Embrace every opportunity – There are so many clubs, networking events and workshops available at universities. Additionally, get involved with industry associations and their events. Having a network of people within the industry that you want to work in is extremely beneficial.
I loved working on the Great Western Highway Tunnel because I didn’t expect that I would be able to work on such an important and critical project as an intern.
The mentorship I was able to experience throughout my time on projects was extremely valuable and is something that Oliver Wyman extends to the broader community.

If you are still deciding where to begin your career I would advise you to apply for any roles you think you may be interested in. I found that with each job application I completed I developed a clearer idea of what I wanted to do.
In my current team within Mastercard, Financial Planning & Analysis, we track, budget, and forecast revenue and expenses for the company on a variety of levels.
