When will I hear back about my application with AECOM?

Answer: It can take two to three months from when applications close until all offers for our graduate program have been made.

The rough timing for our graduate program recruitment process is:

1. Applications are open until the 29th of March
2. Candidates that meet our initial criteria are invited to set up an account with Capfinity (our assessment partner provider)
3. Candidates are then asked to complete an online situational assessment. This typically happens one or two weeks after you first applied.
4. Successful candidates will then be invited to a one way video interview. This will typically be in the first couple of weeks in April, if not sooner.
5. If you are successful in this round, you'll be invited to an assessment centre (or sometimes straight to an interview). These assessment centres are usually held in the first couple of weeks of May.
6. Following the assessment centre round, we'll be making offers quite quickly, usually by the beginning of June.

If you haven't heard back from us and you have completed a video interview, then it doesn't mean you haven't made it through. Most likely we're processing some candidates or roles first, but there are still other opportunities you might be suited for (we have 220 positions over Australia and New Zealand!).

If you haven't heard from us yet, don't worry, you definitely will even if you aren't successful. It doesn't mean you haven't made it through yet, even if you hear other candidates are already getting offers.
