Cheltenham Community Centre (CCC) is a non-profit organization dedicated to fostering a strong and connected community by offering a diverse range of services, learning opportunities, and resources for personal growth.
With over 1000 participants attending various services and programs each year, CCC provides a wide array of offerings, including adult education, childcare, recreational programs for adults and children, and social support groups.
Supported by funding from various organizations such as the Adult Community and Further Education Board, the Department of Families, Fairness, and Housing, the Department of Education and Training, and the City of Kingston, CCC is one of the leading providers of the Adult Migrant English Program in the community.
Emphasizing collaboration and partnerships with local agencies, learning institutes, and government entities, CCC strives to deliver high-quality programs to individuals and the community. The organization maintains a productive relationship with the Southern Community Church of Christ to facilitate community festivals, enhance facilities for programs, and work on special projects.
The programs at CCC are conducted by highly qualified and experienced staff, while the management of the center is overseen by a dedicated volunteer Board of Governance.
