Recruitment Process

The steps in your recruitment process

  • Application ( include a CV, cover letter, academic transcript, Visa or Aus Passport- might also needs driving license- 3x Covid Vaccination- Immunization History)
  • Face-to-face interview with HR officer and direct supervisor or manager
  • If you are successful after the interview we will run reference checks, then you will need to apply for NDIS screening checks  
  • If all checks are clear, we will issue you a contract(it will be a casual contract in the first 6 months, but we will lock some fixed shifts for you) and give you two Buddy shifts ( can get 1 extra buddy shift if need it)
  • 3rd orientation day when do all the mandatory training. all Training shifts and 3rd orientation days are paid based on your base hourly rate.

 

Remuneration & Career Growth

Remuneration will be according to our EBA, which is above the Award, We are a not-for-profit organization so all of our staff can have salary packaging up to $ 15,900, including casual workers. 

 

There are also Career progression opportunities in Olivet Care and we run a lot of training on-site for our staff.
