Located on the Moorooduc Highway between Frankston and Mornington our vibrant restaurant is a quick escape from the city and easy access from any of the neighbouring coastal communities.
We love our community and are lucky enough to reside in a little part of coastal history. The original Coolstores was built in 1910 as an apple storage facility and was then renovated into what you see today. We have maintained some of the histories of this beautiful building that has many stories waiting to be told, so come hear them for yourself!
The name Doppiozero comes from the Italian name given to the super fine-milled flour that is an essential ingredient in hearty Italian food. The powder is of the finest quality ensuring the dough is the most supple and malleable form it can be. This is how we make our pizza and pasta taste so delicious. A little tip from our chefs!
