This in-house employment and development ensure that the company vision is maintained on all of their projects.

From there you will be contacted for a brief telephone interview, followed by a site visit and in-person interview with the Directors.
If you are shortlisted from the interview process, you will be required to undertake a medical examination and 4 week paid trial period during which you will be assessed for suitability for the role.
Upon successful completion of the trial period and your acceptance of the role, you will commence your apprenticeship training which will include a 6 month probation period.
Wage will be as per Construction and General On site Award. With 1st Year Apprentices starting at approximately $35,000.00
Hamilton Bardin offer performance based and Project Specific Bonuses with KPI's set and evaluated throughout the year.
Early completion is available for those who display the necessary skills and attitude to advance.
