With projects ranging from $2M - $8M in value, Hamilton Bardin offers the opportunity for carpentry apprentices to start their careers in the building and construction industry.

They operate in both the domestic and commercial construction industries, focusing on luxury homes, multipurpose development, and small commercial projects.

The successful candidate will be learning to build, not just the basics of the trade. In-house Carpenters, undertake the following works on-site

• Setout
• Framing
• Lock up
• Fit off and Fix
• Aluminium Window installation
• Hebel wall panel and flooring
• Sisalation and insulation
• Materials takeoff

And various other elements of the construction process.

Opportunities

• Apprentices have the opportunity to progress through the ranks within the company to Foreman, Site Manager even Project Manager or Construction Manager if they show the right attitude and aptitude.
• Further training and upskilling are available also.

Current Project locations are, South Eastern Suburbs, Inner City, Bayside, and Mornington Peninsula
