If our coordination team feel the candidate is apricate for the advertise position, we will contact you and conduct a phone screen interview to ensure you meet the minumum requirements of the role.
From here we will conduct an interview where the candidate will meet with two coordinators from our OSHC Team.
Next, we will conduct two reference checks. These checks must be from previous or current employers.
Finally, if the above is all satisfactory the candidate will need to attend a fit-to-work assessment and conduct a police check.
If the above all satisfactory we will begin induction!
