At Leap Exhibits, they have a common goal of being proud of what is put on display.  They have extensive experience in delivering outstanding exhibition stands, unique trade fair displays, POS solutions and pop up activations for their clients Australia wide. 

Concept designs are the linchpin to their combined success and their Designers have an uncanny ability to turn your brief into a 3D visualisation masterpiece capturing your KPI's as well as adding a little WOW factor.       

Their Production Team consists of qualified carpenters and cabinet makers many of whom have been in the exhibition industry for over 30 years.  Their in-house production team are supported onsite by their experienced installers. 

They could not operate without their Event Support team who make everything happen behind the scenes.  They complete up to 30 online forms for each job all managed through their custom intranet management system.     

Recruitment Process

The steps in the recruitment process

  • Application - include your CV, cover letter, ID
  • Phone interview - once applications have closed, the directors will conduct a phone interview with those they wish to advance.
  • Successful phone interviewees will then come for an In-person interview at our factory

  • Some experience in exhibition, fit outs and/or events will be well regarded.
  • Experience managing competing priorities.
  • Able to meet tight deadlines.
  • Remain calm under pressure.
  • Good verbal communicator.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Able to work autonomously.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Remuneration & Career Growth

  • Gross salary range  $60,000 to $70,000
  • Career opportunities - this roll with travel to Sydney and Brisbane a few times a year and Adelaide once or twice.
