Overview

Nagle Pre-School is an integral part of the Bayside area with a strong sense of community. The Early Years Learning Framework guides their philosophy and programming for Australia and the National Quality Framework. Nagle is proud to be 'exceeding' all quality standards under the new National Quality Framework. 

Educators are committed to demonstrating sensitivity and initiating warm, trusting, and reciprocal relationships with children and their families, forming partnerships with parents in the best interest of the child. Kinder is a safe, welcoming, and open place to be where all children have the right to feel safe all of the time. Open reciprocal communication and knowledge-sharing between families and educators provide better outcomes for all children. Continuous improvement through staff development and critical reflection with educators facilitates best practices in early childhood education, including current Child Safe practices being incorporated throughout the program.
