Pros & Cons
The people here are all genuine and open... I enjoy working in a high-performing environment where I feel that my skills are developing every day.
The culture outside of the office here is great. My team often socialise after work on a Friday, and everyone is inviting others.
I am trusted and empowered to work when and where it suits me, provided I still discharge all of my duties and responsibilities diligently.
My managers are great here, they always make time for me if I need to and provide great feedback.
Free coffee until noon, they pay for CPA/PLT.
Must work overtime because given so much work to do.
The pay doesn't match current trends in the wider market. I don't make much more than I did before I graduated from uni.
The pressure at times to meet deadlines may not necessarily be that realistic and the billable hour demands.
Slow progression through each grade as time in grade is the main driver for promotion.
There should be more formal training programs for technical skills here.
