Dream it.
It all begins with an idea. You’ve decided to add an extension, renovate or build a brand-new home. Once you’ve made the decision it’s time to get your plans drawn up professionally. Depending on your project, you may only require a draftsman or for larger more complex projects architectural plans will be needed.
Consult it.
Once you have your plans, send us an enquiry. We’ll send a questionnaire link that gathers all the information and inspiration about your project (we recommend Pinterest boards!)
Site it.
A one-on-one consultation and site visit with QBuild’s Director Matt will be arranged to go over your project in detail and understand your vision and timeline. We’ll discuss the scope of work and indicative budget.
Quote it.
Now for the nitty gritty. Based on your plans and all the information and inspiration you have supplied, we’ll formulate an overall in detail quote for your project. Upon acceptance of our quote, we’ll arrange a contract to sign, and devise a timeline and start date with you.
Build it.
Once all permits have been approved we begin the construction process. Matt will manage your project from start to finish and will provide regular updates on the progress.
Complete it.
When construction has been completed we’ll arrange a full quality site inspection with you. Here we will go over all the fine details before we hand over your keys. You’ll be provided with a booklet entailing all your warranties and service instructions.
Ensure it.
Your project is ensured by a ten-year structural warranty and two-year non-structural warranty.
