Our business is dedicated to fostering an inclusive, supportive, and empowering workplace where individuals of all abilities and neurological differences can thrive. We’re working to ensure people with all kinds of abilities are recognised and enabled. With 1 in 5 Australians living with disability, our commitment is for the long term and we are regularly reviewing our progress and looking for ways to improve. Our current initiatives are outlined below.

  • Neurodiversity and Disability working group: a newly formed network of employees who aim to champion inclusion, build community by providing a safe space for connection, collaboration, and educate our workforce on neurodiversity and disability inclusion to break down barriers and challenge stereotypes.
  • Disability support network: A support network for employees who have a disability, care for someone with a disability or would like to learn more about how to support anyone with a disability, with an additional focus on ensuring our workplace is accessible for all.
  • Impact21 Partnership: Our partnership with Impact21 provides meaningful employment pathways for people with Down Syndrome, and in 2023 we onboarded two new team members.
